Lotushead Minotaur is a savage beast that roams the lands of Kalak'a'hui. Their name is given based on the fleshy structure upon their heads that blooms like a lotus. They are fairly aggressive and somewhat elusive, unless being taunted or provoked.

The Lotushead is considered a strange beast because it is neither male, nor female. It possesses a 'universal' pouch that houses their 'passive' young. If this young is not nourished by the secretion from another Lotushead, the young will die off and release as part of excretion. During mating season, all Lotushead will dive into frenzy and will attempt to 'lodge' on to another Lotushead for secretion. There is no real evidence on which Lotushead will be the submissive and which will be dominating as each Lotushead has almost equal chances of both.

They are considered semi-intelligent but possess no language skills. They worship rocks and minerals fanatically and carve blades out of them. Some Lotushead develop magical skills and some will be more on fighter skills. No matter, many have not survived from the attacks of the Lotushead.

There is only one Lotushead found in the heart of Kalak'a'hui, guarding the entrance of a prison.
